Our House has Spoken.

This is marking an OFFICIAL LUNCH of Convention Season 2015.

On behalf of the MEC USA Exco, will like to thank our host chapter Baltimore championed by their president Mr John Abey who happens to also be our national Publicity chair for making this possible to date. A round of applauds please.

 

Before I delve into the details about who, what, how much and where, 2 points to make, to kind of set the stage in the direction or light of our path.

 Our desire to ACHIEVE that which WE BELIEVE to be WORTHWHILE.

Dear Bongobs,

We are in need of chapter presidents to forward to our financial secretary/Treasurer $500 to assist with convention preparations.

Existing chapters, we will appreciate respecting a dateline of march 30th 2015.

New chapters to be registered will be granted an extension till May 30th 2015 to prevent incurring additional fees.

Families urge your family heads to get your house in on time.

 

Due to changes in demographics over the years, we have experienced an increased costs in maintaining the same high quality standards in what we demand from our conventions. In other to meet up with the changes in time and keep up this upward trajectory with our global family, we have come up with a new idea of attending conventions via an all inclusive package deal.

This information has been channeled to your local chapter presidents and we will have that equally posted on our Mecuda USA website.

If you were to purchase all of these items A La Carte as an adult, your out of pocket expense will be $200.

Now this is where the PROOF is in the PUDDING............

 

Please understand there is an ABUNDANCE in life. What we hold back from Life, life HOLDS BACK from US.

 

Early Bird Specials.

If you pay as a package, as in all 8 items listed above by march 30th 2015 you will receive 40% off = $120

By April 30th @ 35% off = $130

By May 30th @ 25% off = $150

By June 30th @ 15% off = $170

 

After June 30th, please, we will respectfully escort you the entrance as the festivities begin to kindly pay your necessary expenses to attend the convention at full cost.

Please, our treasurer and financial secretary are human beings with families have in the past  been overworked to the point of hiring additional manpower to assist with the flood gates during our conventions. Hence, we have commenced most or almost all of our activities very late, hence ending late to the tune of not having an enjoyable and agreeable time.

 

Please, my brothers and sisters, we want to change that. If not on an individual level, let's do this on behalf of these folks who have dedicated their services to assist with financials, cultural presentations, keynote speakers, our children (not keeping them up late to wee wee hours) and OUR GUESTs, these GUESTs are OUR POTENTIAL DONORS too.

Lets be respectful of our surroundings and give this a TRY and be Understanding.
